Project Dell Monitoring Enhancement

I led the project to enhance the Dell Monitoring solution, focusing on expanding its capabilities to address the client’s requirements wherein the current Dell Monitoring services will be deployed to three sites across the Philippines. This involved upgrading the monitoring configuration, integrating additional monitoring features, and optimizing alert systems for better performance. I coordinated with both the client and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation, including testing, adjustments, and user training. My role involved overseeing the project from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders.

However, the project is still in progress due to client scheduling constraints and site readiness issues. While the project is still in progress, initial improvements are already showing positive results. We are working to complete the enhancements as soon as possible, with the goal of providing the client with advanced monitoring capabilities and increased system reliability.
