Project Dell Monitoring Enhancement
I led the project to enhance the Dell Monitoring solution, focusing on expanding its capabilities to address the client’s requirements wherein the current Dell Monitoring services will be deployed to three sites across the Philippines. This involved upgrading the monitoring configuration, integrating additional monitoring features, and optimizing alert systems for better performance. I coordinated with both the client and technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation, including testing, adjustments, and user training. My role involved overseeing the project from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders.
However, the project is still in progress due to client scheduling constraints and site readiness issues. While the project is still in progress, initial improvements are already showing positive results. We are working to complete the enhancements as soon as possible, with the goal of providing the client with advanced monitoring capabilities and increased system reliability.

Installation of Rack Cabinets and Services
Our client required a seamless installation of rack cabinets in their 4 Data center to support an expanding IT infrastructure in the Philippines. However, they faced challenges related to tight timelines, space optimization, and ensuring that all installations complied with industry standards for cooling and cable management.
I managed a cross-functional team responsible for the procurement, delivery, and installation of the rack cabinets. My role involved coordinating with vendors, overseeing on-site installation teams, and ensuring all components were correctly installed while minimizing disruptions to the client's operations. I implemented a detailed project timeline to keep everything on track and organized regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
The project was completed on time and within budget. The installation improved the data center’s capacity and efficiency, optimized space usage, and met all industry standards for cooling and cable management. This allowed the client to scale their IT operations without delay and significantly improved their infrastructure reliability.

Our Client needed robust local service support during the testing and migration phases of their new Spamshield solution. The challenge was to ensure that the transition to the new system was smooth, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and quick resolution of any technical issues.
I led the local service support team, actively participating in both the testing and migration activities. My role involved coordinating testing procedures, managing the migration process, and providing immediate on-site support to address any challenges. I facilitated clear communication between the client and technical teams to ensure that all issues were swiftly resolved and that the project stayed on track.
The testing and migration were completed successfully with minimal downtime. The implementation of Spamshield significantly enhanced Client's security by reducing spam and phishing attempts. The client reported improved system reliability and a smooth transition, attributing the success to effective local support and timely issue resolution.
