Installation of Rack Cabinets and Services

Our client required a seamless installation of rack cabinets in their 4 Data center to support an expanding IT infrastructure in the Philippines. However, they faced challenges related to tight timelines, space optimization, and ensuring that all installations complied with industry standards for cooling and cable management.

I managed a cross-functional team responsible for the procurement, delivery, and installation of the rack cabinets. My role involved coordinating with vendors, overseeing on-site installation teams, and ensuring all components were correctly installed while minimizing disruptions to the client's operations. I implemented a detailed project timeline to keep everything on track and organized regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

The project was completed on time and within budget. The installation improved the data center’s capacity and efficiency, optimized space usage, and met all industry standards for cooling and cable management. This allowed the client to scale their IT operations without delay and significantly improved their infrastructure reliability.
